Happy glorious St. Patrick’s Day morning to you!
The sun is shining in Utah this morning and it’s beautiful.
The middle girl had a fire with her friends in the backyard last night, the first of the season. I love that!!
I am SO READY to dig in the dirt and prune roses and do all the things in the yard BUT:
- It will most likely snow again.
- I still can’t bend or twist so that makes things difficult; I am seeing the back doctor on Tuesday so fingers crossed. This girl hopes to be dirt covered by the end of the week.
I realized this morning that I left you with the announcement of a new fantastic job and never returned to report!
IT REALLY IS FANTASTIC! I am learning a lot, (mainly how frustrating insurance companies are to work with), and love the people I work with. It’s good to get out of the house and use my brain in a different way, the getting out of the house part would probably be the most important piece of that. 🙂 Human interaction is always a good thing.
We have been putting the shiplap on the ceiling in the cabin and it is so great to be working on finishing her up. More ceiling work, some electrical, and a little more chinking and she’ll be done. I can’t wait to be completely finished and be able to have the loft ready for dreaming in. Exciting stuff my friends. I’d like to maybe start up a group or two for locals to gather and stitch together or do something creative…something. It’s still being mulled over in my head.
Well peeps. I hope that you have a wonderful end to your weekend!
