My friend, Trish Allen, is an amazingly awesome lady. She has taught me a lot about nutrition and food and how it helps or hinders. (That doesn’t mean I have taken all of that knowledge and used it wisely btw.) This granola is her recipe; put a little in some greek yogurt and you have something close to heaven. SO GOOD!!! And it’s healthy!!
